By accessing or using Cash Diary (the "Service") at cashdiary.in or through our Android application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Cash Diary is a personal cash management tool that allows users to:

Record cash income (Cash In) and expenditure (Cash Out) entries
Organize entries into multiple diaries
Track balances and manage personal or business finances
Sync data across web and mobile platforms

💡 Cash Diary is a record-keeping tool. It is NOT a bank, payment gateway, or financial advisory service.

3. User Accounts

To use Cash Diary, you must create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Be at least 13 years of age (or minimum legal age in your region)

4. Free Service & Future Pricing

Cash Diary is currently offered completely free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans or premium features in the future.

If we introduce pricing:

We will notify existing users with reasonable advance notice
Free tier access (if any) will be clearly communicated
Existing data will not be deleted without prior notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Cash Diary only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

Use the service for any illegal financial activities or money laundering
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
Use automated bots or scripts to scrape or misuse the service
Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute our application code
Use the service to store false or misleading financial information intended to deceive others

⚠️ Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

6. Data Ownership

All cash diary entries and financial records you create belong to you. We do not claim ownership over your data.

By using Cash Diary, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cash Diary is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
That data will never be lost (we strongly recommend keeping backups)
That the service will meet every specific financial or accounting standard

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers within a reasonable timeframe.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
